Aand I'm back to my usual self. Believe me, I'm not complaining, just giving you guys a fair feedback on the current state of the site. :>
It's a really beautiful site, with the potential to grow and become a major RPing site. Although I think you both should look through the rules/news/guides and make sure that there isn't any typos there! It'll put people off to see that staffmembers of the site has made simple errors, and the language has to be as good as (if not completely) perfect.
Next, I'm suggesting that you get the site starting as quickly as possible. I entered a site once, that waited until a certain amount of characters had been added. Problem was, half of the users had vanished, as a cause of impatience. It was depressing, really.
Just adding a few points. Otherwise, I think you've got a neat set-up.
